Have you ever start to wonder?
Why children do not concern themselves
And all the problems in the world
They seem totally willing to believe
That some how, some way, Everything will be fine.
And some how, For them it is
Children donot have philosophical ideas
Political positions are principles to uphold
They know what they know
They except it, and they never try to convince you
That what they know is real.
Children ask for what they want
They refuse to take no for an answer
And they know that if you say no
Grandma usually says yes.
Children would try anything once
They will go anywhere that looks safe.
They are not hung up on styles or profiles
Positions or postures
Power or powerlessness
Yet, We believe children don't know
Can do, Should'nt Have, Can't be
Wont make it without us.
Isn't it ashame that we dont remember as adults
That we are always children of God?
Today, I am a child again.
